Hunt joined DG in November 2015. He graduated from then Northeast Louisiana University (now the University of Louisiana-Monroe). Hunt has a background in small business accounting. He has served on the boards of several local arts organizations and is a member of the City of Monroe Planning Commission. Hunt is also the organist at First United Methodist Church of Monroe. He has two daughters and has hosted several international exchange students.
